This summer the Walsall Music Hub Jazz Combo is very much looking forward to two gigs coming up, one at the Table Cafe in Walsall, and the other performing at the Fuse Festival in Lichfield!  On Monday 27th June the combo will be playing at the Table Cafe, where it will be performing two sets of jazz standards, mixed in with a few original tunes.  The Table cafe is a small venue with a cosy vibe, and perfect for an informal evening of jazz music.  

Then on Friday 8th July, the Combo will be heading to the Fuse Festival in Lichfield! Performing in the evening for a 30 minute set, the combo students will be playing their best tunes, which they have been busy practising and performing across the academic year!

The jazz combo, led by Walsall Music Hub Music Educator and Jazz Specialist Nick Dewhurst, features some of the finest young jazz musicians from across Walsall! Consisting of Trumpet, Alto Sax, Tenor Sax, Trombone, Guitar, Piano, Bass and Drums, these young musicians will entertain you with a selection of great jazz tunes, featuring fine ensemble playing, and exciting improvised solos!
