Walsall Music Education Hub & Service works in partnership with national, regional & local Music Education advocates and other local music education providers, to offer a wide range of music education opportunities for schools and individuals in the Walsall area.
Teachers can expect to teach individual, small group and whole class lessons, and when vacancies arise take ensemble rehearsals at the evening music centres (currently Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
All staff will be screened, be qualified in their instrument and receive regular CPD to make sure we provide the very best service every time. Please note that minimum requirements for working for us is a Diploma in Music together with a driving licence and access to a vehicle as the work is peripatetic and can involve travelling to several schools each day.
If you like a challenging, fast-paced and friendly environment to work in, and are committed to improving the lives of children and young people, then we would like to hear from you.
We are looking for inspirational, committed professionals to become part of an amazing team. Due to unprecedented demand we need additional teachers as soon as possible, with the following specialisms:
Brass Vocal Double Bass
Walsall is a multicultural borough and we are particularly interested in applications from people who reflect our community.
